Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the rental date for a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
Between 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: No refund.
Early returns: No refunds or credits for unused rental days or hours.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Do you offer delivery?
If needed, we offer trailer delivery/pickup for $2.50 per mile within a 60-mile radius of 3359 Long Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146.
What are your rental requirements?
To rent a trailer from us, you need:
1. A valid driver’s license.
2. Proof of insurance for the towing vehicle (or purchase ours).
3. Credit card payment.
4. Your towing vehicle must be rated to tow the trailer you are renting. Our trailers require a trailer brake controller. If you don’t have one, we have a Bluetooth brake controller you can rent.
5. Our trailers utilize either a 2-5/16″ ball. You can rent one from us if you do not have the proper ball hitch.
